The Be Project
Be there for yourself, so you can be there for others.
Welcome to The Be Project in Temple Fortune, where we’re dedicated to supporting those who dedicate themselves to others. As osteopaths focused on the unique needs of healthcare practitioners, mums, and babies, we provide restorative care that not only eases physical strain but also helps you stay balanced, feel energised, and ready for whatever each day brings.

You deserve to feel your best, for yourself and for those who rely on you
Our Mission
We believe that when you invest in your own well-being, it not only enhances your life but also enriches the lives of those around you. For healthcare professionals, this means being fully present and focused on each patient as well as your career; for parents, it means finding the strength to support your family, personal goals, and professional ambitions. Osteopathy is more than a remedy for aches and pains—it’s a holistic approach to health.
We’ll work together to address not just your immediate concerns, but also areas like nutrition, sleep, breathing, and stress. By strengthening your awareness of your body, we empower you with the tools for lasting self-care, so you can continue to care deeply for others

Caring for yourself isn’t selfish; it’s what keeps you strong for everything else

Our Story
I’m Elianne, the founder of The Be Project, and together with my fiancé Sam, we are here to take care of you so you can continue to take care of others. We met while studying at The British College of Osteopathic Medicine on Finchley Road in London, so it seems fitting we are now starting our practice on that very street.
When we first started our journey, we were both newcomers to the world of well-being, not yet grasping just how deep and transformative it could be. As we learned more and began working with our own patients, it became so clear that there’s a bigger issue at play—one that we’re passionate about addressing.
We saw our tutors needing extended time off work because of injuries, peers struggling with burnout or even dropping out altogether, and the irony became hard to ignore. Here we were, studying health—learning about nutrition, psychology, anatomy (and so much more)—yet somehow, we weren’t truly living it ourselves.
And that’s how The Be Project was born. So many of us pour everything into our work and our families, often feeling guilty for taking time for ourselves. But the truth is, when your health suffers, it’s undeniable —you can’t truly show up for the people and the things that matter most. That’s why we believe in this simple truth: be there for yourself, so you can be there for others.
