What do we treat?

Every joint in your body is connected, and our osteopathic care works to support the whole system

Many people are surprised to discover that osteopaths can address every joint in the body, from head to toe. Our treatment also looks beyond the muscles and joint, influencing your nervous system, lymphatic system (the drainage of your body), digestive system, and more. This whole-body approach ensures we don’t just address the symptoms but work to understand and treat the root cause, helping to improve your overall health and well-being.

Your First Osteopathy Visit: What to Expect

We start with an in-depth case history and a thorough assessment to explore the root cause of your concerns. During the assessment, we may ask you to undress to your underwear so we can observe how your body moves, allowing us to gain a clearer picture of what may be contributing to your symptoms.

Together, we’ll discuss your goals and work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. The treatment will include mostly hands-on techniques, as well as specific exercises and advice to help you feel supported both during and between the treatments, and in the long term.
